Summary: The Recruiter is responsible forfull life-cycle recruiting; recruit, screen and recommended placement of staffby using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). Develops andexecutes recruiting strategies and provide guidance to hiring managers on therecruiting process and market conditions.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent workexperience required.
- Twoor more years recruiting experience, managing the entire lifecycle (sourcing,interviewing, offer process) as well as data analysis, benchmarking, andreporting.
- Abilityto develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of experiencedprofessionals at all levels.
- Stronginterpersonal skills; ability to work in teams.
- Must be able to meet tight deadlines and must be flexible tochanging work flow and demands.
- Proven ability in multitasking various projects.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- May assist department supervisors in developing long-range jobprojections.
- Caring, compassionate, creative, and energetic personalityand must enjoy working with the senior population.
EssentialFunctions:
- Partners with hiringmanager to determine staffing needs.
- Screen and route resumes, schedule interviews, interviewcandidates (by phone or in person), administer appropriate assessments,reference/background checking, make recommendations for hire (or not hire) anddeliver employment offers for both exempt and non-exempt position openingswithin an assigned territory.
- Serves as an expert forrecruiting candidates within an assigned territory.
- Uses traditional andnon-traditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates such ascareer fairs, on-line job fairs, community network events, etc.
- Develops advertisingprograms (internal and external) in order to ensure high visibility withpotential candidates.
- Design sourcingstrategies. Identify the most efficient and cost-effective recruiting methods(e.g., internet, newspaper ads, employment agencies, college fairs)
- Manages internaltransfer process including screening, coordination of interview with hiringmanager, transfer offer letter, etc.
- Follows up withcandidates and hiring managers to ensure updated information on the interviewprocess status.
- Develops and maintainan excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensureachievement of staffing goals.
- Communicates importantemployment information during delivery of employment offers (i.e. benefits, compensation,non-competition agreements, etc.).
- Maintains necessaryfiles covering applications, interviews, and testing procedures.
- Works with hiringmanagers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulationsincluding Affirmative Action Plan compliance.
- Manages current candidateactivity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Managesapplication/resume file and retention according to company policy.
- Maintains membershipsand affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to industry.

- Maintains all certifications necessary foremployment.
