Responsibilities/Accountabilities
We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can:
- Orders anddispenses medications according to physician’s orders
- Carries outadmissions and readmissions
- Documentactivities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets,various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
- Directs andsupervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
- Must be able tolift without restrictions
- Will also performother duties as assigned
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
- High schooldiploma or general education degree (GED)
- Current license towork as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- CPR certification
- Able to work weekends
Preferred:
- Oneyear experience
- Exposureto the senior population
- Familiaritywith Point Click Care (PCC)
- Desireto serve and care for the senior population
